Who we want… (Requirements)
The ideal new team member would possess a bachelor’s or technical/associate degree in a related field; and two to five years successful, progressive experience in concrete construction; or a minimum of five years’ work experience. The new team member must be familiar with the special requirements with the nature of this work. The selected candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills and will be required to travel up to 100% of the time.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications.
Government Certified Quality Technician Certification is not required but preferred.

Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level is generally moderate to loud. Overtime may be required.
