NexGen is looking for a Project Manager, Optimization to join it's team!

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in a business/operations related field and a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience. Experience managing a team is highly preferred.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)

 

  • Optimization Roadmap Management: Assist the Project Executive in managing NexGen’s optimization roadmap, which encompasses processes, people, and technology improvements. Collaborate with Consultants and Gray's CIO to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Process and Procedure: Have the ability support Document Control to create, update, support the development of key policy, procedures that drive the consistent delivery of KPI’s from our systems.
  • Process Mapping: Ability to create process maps to eliminate waste and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Key Initiative: Ability to manage complex optimization projects that drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Risk Analysis and Communication: Identify internal and customer-facing financial issues and risks within transformation projects. Work cross-functionally to analyze and communicate risks and their potential impact, enabling proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Utilize self-awareness and organizational and political intelligence to build strong internal and external relationships. Collaborate effectively with project teams, departments, and external partners to drive project success.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to proactively identify potential problems during process improvements. Apply exceptional problem-solving skills, including defining and deconstructing ambiguous issues, selecting appropriate analytical approaches, and prioritizing and executing analyses.
  • Decision-Making Support: Develop decision-making frameworks and present financial information to executives. Ensure that decisions align with company values, internal controls, and strategic direction. Support others in presenting information to the executive team for rapid decision-making.
  • Director of Optimization Support: Assist and support the Director of Optimization on a wide range of issues and provide advice on various topics to contribute to the overall success of optimization efforts.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Travel: This role will be expected to travel 30-50% of the time.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision.

 

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position may have supervisory responsibilities.
